Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening

• People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
• Position may require irregular working hours
