Danfoss is hiring for an experienced Manager – OnePLM APAC (PLM Backbone) to join our Group Digital & IT (DGDIT) team. This role is based at our state-of-the-art Oragadam campus, India's first LEED Platinum-rated constructed manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will lead the PLM backbone team responsible for building and configuring the Teamcenter Unified system and supporting Danfoss's OnePLM journey.

As part of a global team of skilled IT consultants, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation at Danfoss by ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our PLM systems.

• Support and contribute to the development of efficient IT processes in PLM-related projects.
• Establish and maintain a structure to track deliverables across releases, maintenance, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with architects to assign and manage tasks effectively.
• Ensure IT deliverables are on schedule and proactively mitigate risks.
• Drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable results.
• Participate in global co-planning and allocation of IT resources.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Coordinate team availability, including holiday and vacation planning.
• Lead and manage large-scale PLM projects in a matrix environment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems with strong PLM process knowledge.
• 7+ years of experience in PLM systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in one or more PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale IT or PLM projects.
• Passion for people leadership and talent development.
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• High analytical ability and a curiosity-driven mindset.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive “Can Do” attitude.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
