Position: Customer QA Supervisor
Job Criteria:
- Level of studies: Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in EDS manufacturing; preferred 1 year in a leadership role
- Languages: Fluent in English & French (Good communication and interpersonal skills)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the customer and project quality team, including skills development and coaching
- Supervise and manage the quality resident team for Renault Tangier and Somaca
- Define internal objectives for the customer and project quality team aligned with business requirements
- Monitor and ensure customer scorecards and external quality KPIs are within targets
- Manage external claims: analyze quality issues, response times within deadlines, and define and monitor action plans
- Coordinate rework activities with QREs and quality CSC at various customer locations
- Ensure action efficiency and transvalization through KAKOTORA / FMEA / 8D audits / claims follow-up sheets
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives via External QIP
- Ensure implementation of LPA audits according to YAZAKI standards
- Prepare for external audits and monitor actions
- Manage deviations and trucking processes
Profile requirements:
- High personal motivation with the ability to develop practical or innovative approaches to meet objectives
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Solid knowledge of quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC)
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Proficient in all major Microsoft Office applications
