A leading global law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to support the growth and visibility of its Antitrust & Competition and Government Relations & Public Affairs practices. This role will be hybrid in Washington, D.C.

As a key member of the global Marketing & Business Development team, you'll lead initiatives that span client targeting, pitch strategy, thought leadership, profile-raising campaigns, event programming, and digital content, while working closely with senior lawyers and cross-functional teams across the U.S., UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with practice leadership to execute strategic business plans, client development efforts, and BD budgets
• Draft and manage customized pitches, RFP responses, and credential materials that reflect the firm's strengths
• Lead high-impact marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and profile-raising initiatives for key practices
• Develop and distribute thought leadership, social media content, client alerts, and directory submissions
• Maintain internal collateral, experience databases, and targeted mailing lists
• Collaborate across global teams on integrated initiatives and firmwide BD projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in professional services, preferably legal or consulting
• Strong understanding of antitrust law, government relations, or public affairs preferred
• Exceptional writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently, with attention to detail and deadline focus
