About Challenger Sports: Challenger Sports has been serving the soccer community for over 25 years, providing a comprehensive range of soccer services and products. Owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals, our team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of players, coaches, parents, and administrators.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver soccer sessions to players aged 2-16, following Challenger curriculum
• Maintain logbooks of your hours and sessions
• Use Challenger software for online session planning
• Communicate effectively with parents and players
• Follow and adapt schedules as needed for weather or other circumstances

Compensation: $450-$600 gross per week, based on qualifications and experience

Location: Various locations throughout the Greater Boston area, with accommodation to within a 1-hour radius of your home

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with children of all ages
• Pass a rigorous background check
• Own transportation (majority of positions)
• Authorization to work in the USA
