In this role, the Product Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing messaging and marketing campaigns to generate awareness and leads for public safety worldwide. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the SVP of Public Safety and the marketing leadership team to create thought leadership content, define personas, and develop account-based marketing programs and strategic partnerships. They will also work with regional marketing leads to identify sales prospects globally, prioritize initiatives, plan schedules, and monitor campaign performance from start to finish. Responsibilities include nurturing marketing strategies, SEO, analytics, and lead reporting. The role involves working with cross-functional teams across global regions, including Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and Sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning: Developing marketing plans aligned with sales and product goals, monitoring campaign status, and identifying strategic alliances.
• Budgeting: Managing marketing budgets to ensure timely and quality delivery within financial guidelines.
• Execution: Creating thought leadership content, collaborating on marketing plans with sales, managing development of sales and marketing materials, coordinating communication among teams, engaging with customers for feedback, supporting digital initiatives, and managing events and media relations.
• Collaboration: Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders and monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape.

The role is classified as Mid-Senior level, full-time, within the Marketing and Sales function, in the Software Development industry.
