This position reports to E-commerce Manager and will work in Irvine, CA or Agoura Hills, CA.About The PositionAs a Digital Marketing Specialist in the E-commerce team, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to ensure effective traffic generation and customer acquisition through various digital channels, including social media, search, and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the e-commerce manager and collaborate with the global team, as well as segments, to optimize regional digital marketing efforts for DTC E-Commerce.Your Main Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing – focusing on DTC E-Commerce.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the e-commerce site.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Adopt and curate engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and management of the digital marketing budget.

,A suitable background would be some experience within digital marketing and Google advertising– as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Adobe Magento experience (preferred)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc).
  • Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
