Hillcrest Health and Living is seeking a Director of Maintenance to join the team at Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln. The role involves coordinating and implementing service needs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, equipment, building, and mechanical systems in the Cottages.

What does a day in the life look like?
- Ensure compliance with Life Safety Codes in every cottage.
- Educate cottage team members on Life Safety.
- Conduct, log, and maintain records of fire drills, generator load testing, QAPI dashboard info, and water temperatures.
- Plan, organize, and address maintenance and environmental service needs.
- Manage the fiscal responsibilities of the Maintenance department.
- Maintain communication systems including guest call lights, team member pagers, and cottage phones.
What should I have to be considered?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience with HVAC and PTAC units.
- Experience with Life Safety Code and maintenance procedures is preferred.
- HVAC certification is preferred.
