Project Management Lead - WorkplaceAs the Project Management Lead for the Americas Workplace team, you will provide strategic oversight of the planning and execution of workplace projects across our Americas region (28 office sites). Reporting into the Head of Workplace, Americas, this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of workplace initiatives, including office space optimization, sustainability upgrades and infrastructure improvements. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder engagement and fostering collaboration with senior leadership and our Global Workplace teams.

Project Management Lead - WorkplaceAs the Project Management Lead for the Americas Workplace team, you will provide strategic oversight of the planning and execution of workplace projects across our Americas region (28 office sites). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder engagement and fostering collaboration with senior leadership and our Global Workplace teams.What You'll Be DOINGWhat will your essential responsibilities include?

    • Initiate, lead and take ownership for the identification and subsequent management of lease based, business requested, and/or efficiency led projects
    • Develop detailed project plans aligned to the goals of the business and manage projects from inception through design, build and handover to Workplace operations
    • Coordinate and influence a network of internal and external partners to successfully deliver the projects on scope, on budget and on time
    • Ensure projects are properly planned, budgeted and tracked in close partnership with Finance
    • Define standard project templates and maintain project documentation and reporting
    • Monitor progress and identify potential risks, implementing corrective actions to ensure projects remain on track
    • Present regular project status updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of timelines, milestones and issues
    • Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation and material procurement
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and recommending best practices
  • Customer first
    • Put the customer first by building strong customer relationships across all levels within the business and the wider regional and Global Workplace teams
    • Provide the business and our external providers and customers with a single point of contact with accountability for relevant regional and global projects.
    • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem solving, autonomous thinking, and continuous improvement
    • Ability to make decisions even with incomplete/uncertain information
    • Ability to create solutions to resolve problems/issues when the company may not have established guidelines
    • Drive improvement through implementation of innovative ideas and business process and procedure to manage deliverable output
  • Regional workplace coordination and delivery responsibilities
    • Drive climate objectives including managing location specific data collection, projects and reporting. Plan and work to deliver on our 2030 carbon footprint reduction roadmap in line with company sustainability objectives.
What You Will BRINGWe're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Advanced workplace / real estate project management experience
  • Technical expertise and PMP certification or equivalent a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft apps and tools for project management and financial tracking is a plus
  • A customer first mentality is essential for all aspects of this position
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate/work with a virtual team, across multiple diverse geographies and cultures
  • Detail oriented with organizational skills to be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
