Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer to work in Hanscom, MA. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Support the system/application Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) efforts, including assessing and guiding A&A activities, tasks, and artifacts mandated by DoD and Air Force policies (e.g., Risk Management Framework (RMF)).Update, monitor, and manage information in systems for the program office.Process and manage system user account requests, port/protocol requirements, and access control lists.Manage system Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) identification and authorization requirements.Oversee the distribution, implementation, remediation, and tracking of system security updates and configurations per DoD standards.Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to identify vulnerabilities and protection needs.Develop security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.Promote security awareness and adherence through programs and training.Participate in network and system design to ensure security policies are implemented.Recommend and update security software and configurations.Gather, analyze, and preserve evidence for cybersecurity investigations.Assist in analyzing, developing, and testing cybersecurity requirements.Review and assess cybersecurity implementations, controls, and design documents.Provide technical advice on systems security across all systems.Maintain databases of classified information, including inventory and reporting.Support audits of classified holdings and maintain records of classified visits and clearance levels.Perform inspection, logging, storage, and handling of classified information.Evaluate contractor data submissions for compliance with security classification guides.Qualifications
Must have an active secret clearance.Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience; HS Diploma with additional experience may be considered.Understanding of cybersecurity in DoD cloud infrastructure.Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.Effective communication skills; Security+ CE certification required; SSCP or CISM preferred.Additional Information
