Our goal is to provide support and associated programs that drive service success, improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention, and increase profitability.

The successful candidate will be based out of our corporate office in Ronkonkoma, NY, and report to our Service Manager. The individual will perform various activities supporting standard leak detection systems, leak detectors, and gas processing equipment that VIC designs and manufactures.

Must haves:

• Prior electrical and/or mechanical experience
• Travel to customer sites throughout the USA post-initial training
• Clean DMV record
• Must be based in Long Island, NY

Support will include travel within the US or where our business needs require once the candidate is fully trained for an associate role.

Responsibilities:

• Support onsite installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks
• Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner
• Follow all company procedures and protocols
• Communicate with the technical team regarding open, unresolved issues
• Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Travel throughout our customer-supported base after training, up to 70% travel within the USA
