Leadership role to oversee all maintenance services to maintain our high standards of upkeep, cleanliness and safety to present a polished appearance.

Ideal Candidate for MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR:

Prior supervisory role a plus

2 or more years maintenance experience

Knowledge of various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems

Customer-focused

Dependable and trustworthy

Enjoys seniors

Job Tasks for MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR:

Leads maintenance team

Directs all maintenance programs (i.e. heating, cooling, gas, water, electrical, grounds, carpentry, painting, plumbing, building exteriors, sprinklers, fire alarms)

Oversees safety / OSHA programs

Preventive maintenace

Oversees work orders
