Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site shift technicians, senior technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring work compliance with established practices and procedures.
- Establish performance benchmarks, analyze data, and prepare reports on critical facility operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency with IT managers and business leaders.
- Operate and manage critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS, power distribution, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and building monitoring systems.
- Assist in designing and building new facilities and projects to improve current facility efficiency.
- Manage assets and inventory effectively.
- Support recruiting efforts and ensure customer demands are met.
Requirements:
- Electrical experience required
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree (Military/Trade School) with relevant experience
- 0-2 years of relevant work and management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of network design, layout, and low voltage cabling (copper/fiber)
Schedule:
- Available for day or night 12-hour shifts
- Typically working 3 days on, 3 days off, or 4 days on, 4 days off

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
