Dunnville Christian Church is looking for a dynamic Children and YouthDirector to lead and grow our ministry to kids, youth, and theirfamilies. We are a rural church with a big vision—committed toreaching our community and equipping young people to live out theirfaith.

About the Role:The Children and Youth Director is responsible for leading andoverseeing all aspects of our church's ministries to children(Kindergarten–5th grade) and youth (6th–12th grade). This includesshaping and casting vision, developing programs, training volunteers,and creating safe, fun, gospel-centered environments where kids andstudents can grow in their relationship with Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead all programming and special events for children and students.Maintain a safe and secure ministry environment that protects andprioritizes children's safety.Recruit, develop, and equip a team of passionate volunteers and leaders.Teach and model biblical truth through age-appropriate discipleshipand activities.Collaborate with church leadership to define a vision for thechildren and youth ministry that supports our overall mission.Communicate regularly with families and staff to ensure alignmentand engagement.Explore new methods and technologies to enhance ministry, includingsocial media.Participate in church-wide events and Sunday morning worship,engaging adults as needed.Manage and steward the ministry budget in consultation with theexecutive pastor.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A proven passion for working with children, teens, and their families.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.A heart for the Gospel and a life that reflects Christ-like character.A clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry and mentoring.The ability to work with a team, take initiative, and adapt in agrowing ministry environment.Alignment with the doctrinal convictions and mission of DunnvilleChristian Church.A Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
