Job Description

The Front Desk Agent should be well-mannered and discreet. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, verifying access to units, and acting as the gatekeeper of the residences. The role requires customer service experience, positive interaction with residents and visitors, and initiative in supporting residents. Additional duties include building patrol and package handling.

  • Greeting vendors, residents, and guests.
  • Coordinating deliveries of packages, flowers, and food.
  • Monitoring security cameras and building exterior doors.
  • Controlling guest and vendor access to residential floors.
  • Collaborating with building staff to meet residents' needs.
  • Reviewing front desk procedures and facilitating communication among staff and residents.
  • Maintaining a professional and clean environment.
  • Following safety and security policies.
  • Handling emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Answering phones professionally.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Essential:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and computers.

Desirable:

  • Some college or hospitality training.
  • Previous front desk experience.
Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Customer Service (2+ years preferred), Spa (preferred)

Education: High school required

Languages: English required; Spanish, Russian, Portuguese preferred
