Current College Students Needed for Campus Sales Ambassador Outreach Role - Monterey, CA
We are seeking dynamic, outgoing, and self-motivated college students to serve as Campus Sales Ambassadors in Monterey, CA.
Location: Within 20 miles of college campus near Monterey, CA
Type: Freelance, Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)
Compensation: $17.50/hr base + commission (up to $250 per successful business partnership)
Role Overview
As a Campus Sales Ambassador, you will engage with local restaurants and business owners to set up meetings with our Sales Representatives. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and event execution, helping to expand brand presence in college towns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach to schedule meetings with local businesses
- Support business growth in your college town
- Maintain communication and scheduling via personal devices
- Work flexibly around your academic schedule
- Report activity and progress using provided tools
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain positive customer interactions
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student living on or near campus
- Outgoing and personable with good communication skills
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute locally
- Use of personal device(s) for work
- Availability for 15-20 hours weekly with flexibility
Additional Details
- Commission structure includes $100 per qualified meeting and $150 per secured partnership
- Mileage reimbursement based on federal rates
