Position: Men's Transitional Living House Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: 3 days per week (overnights required)Sunday Morning to Wednesday Afternoon
Compensation: $21.64 Per Hour
About The RoleAs a House Manager at Sandstone Care, you will be part of a team that supports young adult male identifying clients who are in outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health issues. You will provide a balance of structure and accountability while guiding them to develop the life skills for freedom, growth, and long-term recovery. You will also coordinate with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for the clients.
This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about recovery and understands the struggles and victories that come through the process. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young adults who are seeking a new direction.
