CAMPUS STORE MANAGERFull-Time ExemptThe Campus Store Manager position is Open Until Filled to find the ideal candidate for our team.

As a Full-Time Exempt Campus Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the campus store, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory efficiently, and align with the college's academic and retail goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and college personnel, and implementing merchandising and marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree plus at least three years of retail or college store management experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Strong retail operations expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience managing store operations at a college or university.
  • Knowledge of Banner, Verba, and Booklog systems.
  • Experience with Canva.
