Qualis LLC is seeking a Senior Business Manager at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah, to join our team. If you have the required qualifications, you will be part of a group of experts creating innovative solutions for our Armed Forces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with at least five (5) years of experience in government cost management or business management.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in developing and implementing standardized accounting systems for project funds and expenditures.
• Experience in developing and managing work breakdown structures and earned value management measurements.
• Ability to forecast and develop long-range projections.
• Ability to establish and maintain accounting record systems for labor, material, travel, and other direct costs (ODCs).
• Must be a US Citizen.
