Pre-Hire, Onboarding and Provider Relations Specialist
Job Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Payroll Manager. Performs HR and Payroll tasks such as entering new hires and processing bi-weekly payrolls.
Essential Job Functions

- Responsible for the accurate and timely input/processing of payroll data in the payroll system.
- Responsible for conducting necessary payroll/ WebClock training for new office management.

- Direct contact with a Payroll Service Provider representative.
- Responsible for the proper storage of payroll records.
- Responsible for payroll audits.
- Interact directly with Practice Administrators to research and correct payroll errors.
- Responsible for the download of Internet payroll reports, including biweekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure new hires are paid timely.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of rate changes to include - action forms, name changes, addresses, etc.
- Under deadlines or staff shortages, assist the HR and Benefits department as needed.
Other Essential Tasks/Responsibilities/Abilities
- Must be consistent with Femwell's core values.
- Four years of experience in payroll processing required with two years in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Must demonstrate commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Must have excellent listening skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards and organization attendance policies and procedures.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field. At least three to five years of related experience.
- Three years of experience in payroll processing preferred.
- Experience with Prism and WebClock, preferred.
- Hybrid rotation schedule and/or onsite as needed.
