What You Will Do

The Product Manager will define and deliver intralogistics automation solutions, including Flexware's LIFT product. Responsibilities include market analysis, product roadmap management, requirements gathering, collaboration with engineering, and supporting sales/marketing efforts. The role involves overseeing product lifecycle from conception to market launch, requiring technical, business, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Product planning, research, and design
• Setting and managing product roadmaps and MVPs
• Collaborating with engineering teams
• Supporting sales and marketing strategies
• Internal stakeholder collaboration

Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial automation, robotics, or systems integration, with a background in managing complex B2B products. Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related
• 5+ years in product management, preferably in industrial automation
• Experience with intralogistics technologies like AGVs/AMRs, WMS, PLCs, IoT
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, software architecture, APIs, cybersecurity
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
