Enetics Networks is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Associate System/Network Administrator. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks.

The position we are hiring for will be part of our Support Team. The Support Team serves as an initial point of contact for customers. The Team is expected to answer support requests via a ticketing system, telephone, and IM, as well as in person. As part of the Support Team, you will help with incoming issues related to computer software, hardware, and escalate networking issues when needed. You will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end-users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and network security to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Provide technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Perform routine system updates, backups and maintenance tasks.
• Document network configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for IT security and data protection.
• Provide leadership and guidance to IT support staff in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, leveraging expertise in various hardware, software and networking technologies.
• Provide support for escalated technical problems from the help desk.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to address technical challenges and implement solutions that align with our customer's business needs and IT strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, understanding their IT requirements, priorities and pain points.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with O365
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude are required.
• Must have sound analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Must have strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision.
• Able to read and understand technical instructions and manuals.
• Must be able to lift 20lbs, occasionally, in a business setting.
• Must have a working vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must live in the greater Seattle Area (Everett to Tacoma)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in related field
• Industry certifications in network administration, system administration, or Microsoft 365

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour ($62,400 - $79,040 annually), depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday 8 am – 5:00 pm
