Solutions Architect - SLED West

We have an opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join our growing SLED West Team. You will be responsible for removing barriers in the sales process, collaborating with sales teams and customers, and helping develop new business by positioning Infoblox solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong networking and security background and understands complex SaaS selling.

You'll be joining a high-performing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Solution Architects, focusing on customer engagement, expanding solution adoption, and modernizing public sector organizations with confidence.

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

• Build business cases and technical differentiation in sales opportunities
• Develop pre-sales content—presentations, demos, webinars
• Design solutions and architectural diagrams
• Educate partner technical teams about Infoblox solutions
• Work with your account manager and support the team
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or customer-facing architecture
• Understanding of SLED environments, procurement, and compliance (CJIS, NIST, FedRAMP)
• Technical expertise in cloud platforms, networking, security, data platforms
• Ability to communicate complex concepts
• Experience with government agencies or educational institutions in the Western U.S.
• Collaboration, presentation, relationship skills
• Willingness to travel
• DNS/DHCP/IPAM experience
• Certifications (CCSP, CISSP, CASP+, CySA+, CEH) a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
