Solution Architect - Mulesoft

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for solution architecture, including configuration, development, and customization of all Mulesoft environments.

Lead projects as the technical expert to design, develop, test, document, and deploy robust integration solutions on the Mulesoft platform.

Take a leading role in architectural design and review of our Mulesoft implementation.

Develop a deep understanding of business processes to ensure proper Solutions Architecture is implemented.

Act as the SME for Mulesoft platform components such as API Manager, CloudHub, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, Orchestration, ActiveMQ, and Pub/Sub modules.

Mentor team members in Mulesoft development technologies, tools, and processes.

Provide Level 3 technical support for the Integration platform.

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Mulesoft API development.
• 5-7 years of Solution Architecture and Integration Development experience (preferred).
• Solid understanding of API Design using RAML or Swagger.
• Experience with API-led connectivity using a 3-layered approach (Experience, Process, System APIs).
• Experience with Mulesoft DataWeave for creating reusable transformations.
• Background in enterprise system integration with Web Services and ETL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for quality and writing scalable, performant clean code.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps (CI/CD).
• Experience with Salesforce and other cloud platform integrations.
• Experience with object-oriented development tools such as Java, C#/.Net.
• Mulesoft Certifications (e.g., Certified Platform Architect, MCD Developer).
