Job Description

    Support and Qualifications

    Allstate provides resources for education, marketing, and incentives to support your growth. Prior business or franchise ownership is preferred but not required. Insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory. You should have experience in operations, budgeting, staffing, or sales management. You must obtain state licenses for property & casualty, and life & health insurance before appointment. You will need liquid capital to cover startup costs; Allstate does not take possession of your funds, and there are no franchise fees.
