In this role, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry as they work to develop and promote a world-class product for our customers.As the HR Director, you will be dedicated to excellence, playing a crucial role in cultivating and advancing Global Relay's culture and organizational processes. This role encompasses full responsibility for all US HR operations. We are seeking a leader with strong strategic thinking skills, extensive HR knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail. In this position, you will play a vital role in shaping the US people strategy while maintaining operational excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance.As the HR Director for the US, you will have extensive experience in managing large-scale hiring initiatives, a strong network of recruiting and industry connections, a thorough understanding of New York and federal employment law, and a genuine passion for fostering a culture in which employees can perform at their best.Your responsibilities:
