Quicket Solutions, a fast growing government software company, is seeking a technical project manager with experience in enterprise SaaS or other complex software implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope for local government customers. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.

Responsibilities

• Technical requirements gathering and monitoring project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Test, deploy, and train clients prior to hand-off to support team
• Occasional travel (~10%) using personal vehicle or by air for client meetings, training, and team offsites. Most travel will be scheduled in advance
• Flexibility to work from home or from Chicago office

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software implementations (familiarity with local government including law enforcement and courts is a plus)
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong communication skills: communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Excel, and other project management tools
• Must pass criminal background check for access to criminal justice information
• Currently located or willing to move to Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana
