ATI Restoration is hiring a Project Director to lead large-loss residential and commercial restoration projects (fire, water, mold). This role manages the full project lifecycle — from estimating and budgeting to subcontractor oversight, customer communication, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from start to closeout
• Write and manage Xactimate estimates ($100K–$300K+)
• Oversee budgets, billing terms, and collections
• Coordinate with PMs, adjusters, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure job quality, documentation, and compliance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of disaster restoration experience
• 3+ years as a Project Manager or Estimator
• Strong experience with Xactimate (certification preferred, not required)
• Proven track record managing residential large-loss
• Familiar with TPA programs, job walks, and change orders
• Quarterly Bonus Plan
