Immediate need for am Inventory Warehouse Clerk seeking to work for a High-Tech Hardware company. A growing vacuum science company supplying mechanical hardware to research institutions and manufacturers is looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Clerk to join their dynamic team!

This warehouse job—is an opportunity to learn new skills, contribute to exciting projects, and grow within a company that values curiosity, precision, and initiative.

What You'll Do :

  • Take ownership of inventory control, shipping / receiving, and cycle counts
  • Process orders and coordinate shipping logistics
  • Perform light assembly of products
  • Create and manage sales orders; confirm deliveries with customers
  • Work cross-functionally to keep operations smooth and efficient
  • Learn and master QuickBooks Enterprise (prior experience a plus!)

We're Looking For :

  • A go-getter with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • A great communicator who can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • QuickBooks experience? Even better—but you will be trained!
