This position requires 100% domestic travel – fly out Sunday, fly home Friday, year-round.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and lead transformational change initiatives by coaching frontline teams and management.
- Work closely with clients to understand resource utilization and identify operational improvements.
- Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients.
- Address issues proactively, provide feedback, and foster accountability among frontline staff.
- Develop frontline supervisors to adopt proactive management styles.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and workshops.
- Analyze and utilize metrics and data to inform management decisions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the implementation of management systems.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of supervision and management experience, preferably in Production & Manufacturing industries.
- Strong conflict resolution, consensus building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to deliver results while managing client relationships.
- High credibility and leadership skills across organizational levels.
- Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
