Job Description :
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides a high level HR service and strategic guidance to client groups
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Regularly consults with management on HR matters
- Assists in the performance evaluation program and provides feedback
- Responsible for all aspects of recruitment for various levels within the organization
- Handles complex employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Facilitates coaching and collaborates with Talent Management to identify training needs
- Maintains and enters data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Compiles and analyzes information to provide management with useful, actionable reports
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, record keeping and reporting
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
SKILLS
- Proven ability to handle full cycle recruitment
- Considerable experience working with management handling employee relations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and relationship management
- Skilled in identifying HR needs and implementation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities
- Ability to display sound judgement and provide strategic HR support
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic record or equivalent, relevant HR experience
- 5 + years of recent HR experience in a progressively more complex HR role
- Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication
- Proven ability to work independently with good initiative
- Ability to travel to field offices with occasional overnight requirements
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
