AVP of Technology & Infrastructure - HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!NJ (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 remote)6-Month Contract-to-Hire OR Direct Hire

Join a mission-driven healthcare organization in a high-impact infrastructure leadership role, reporting directly to the CIO as one of five on the executive team.

We're seeking a hands-on AVP of Technology & Infrastructure to lead all aspects of IT infrastructure, including Engineering, Networking, Service Desk, Asset Management, and Support across a multi-site environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Recent leadership experience in a healthcare environment

• 10+ years in technical infrastructure leadership

• Proven success managing complex, multi-site environments

• Expertise with:

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

  • VMware (vSphere/ESXi)

  • Microsoft 365 & OneDrive migrations

  • Cisco, Citrix, ServiceNow

• Strong foundation in networking, storage, servers, and virtualization

• Excellent communicator with executive presence

• Master's degree required (or active completion within 2 years)
