Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, HVAC, repairs, or maintenance
- Supervision of maintenance and housekeeping staff
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair equipment, systems, structure, and grounds
- Manage department budget and supplies
- Supervise staff, hire, train, schedule, and process work orders
- Obtain quotes and oversee outside vendors
- Use maintenance management system for documentation
- Schedule preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Perform other duties, including after-hours availability and Manager-On-Duty
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Follow safety policies and procedures
This role involves exposure to various environmental conditions and chemicals. Legend Senior Living maintains a drug-free workplace with screening.
