Job SummaryThis role involves identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donations from individuals, foundations, and corporations to support HonorHealth's mission. As a key member of the Foundation's Corporate and Events team, you will be responsible for a portion of the fundraising goals, managing external and internal events, and developing strategic relationships with funders to secure sponsorships and gifts.
Essential Functions- Manage and grow the Foundation Events Fundraising Program by engaging donors and sponsors at local and national levels, maintaining and expanding the donor pipeline, and ensuring ongoing sponsorship growth.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and event partners, negotiate agreements, manage event budgets, coordinate event logistics, and analyze operational efficiencies.
- Develop strategies and plans for fundraising and community outreach events to expand the donor base.
- Create and oversee invitation criteria, manage mailing lists, and track responses to maximize engagement and stewardship.
- Participate in professional associations, pursue personal development goals, and perform other duties as assigned.
Education- Master's Degree in Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management, or related field - Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communication, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management, or related field - Required
Experience- At least 5 years in fundraising, event management, or similar experience in hospitality or related fields - Required
- 7 years in fundraising and event management with advanced training - Preferred
