Qualifications

• BA/BS in youth-related fields or related management experience, with at least two years of supervisory and payroll management experience.
• Minimum of five years in sports, camp, or similar youth programs, with supervisory experience; youth development experience preferred.
• Experience serving on leadership teams of large membership organizations preferred.
• Proven ability to improve program quality and growth through planning and organization.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and analyze data for decision-making.
• Proficient in basic PC applications and adaptable to new technology.

Essential Functions

• Oversee summer and holiday camp operations, staff recruitment, and safety.
• Lead Family Programming initiatives, managing activities, events, and increasing participation.
• Supervise youth and adult sports seasons, camps, and clinics, focusing on program quality and membership support.
• Manage recreational activities for youth non-sports programs, ensuring safety and curriculum delivery.
• Respond to member concerns, develop survey strategies, and analyze enrollment and revenue data to meet goals.
