Overview

The Digital Events Manager will oversee and execute all aspects of investor calls, webinars, and related marketing activities. Responsibilities include organizing and hosting client-facing investor calls on Zoom, coordinating webinars and events, managing invitations and follow-ups, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive digital events experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Virtual Event Coordination: Plan and execute approximately 20 investor calls per quarter on Zoom, along with additional webinars and hybrid town halls. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Content Development: Work with senior management and marketing to develop presentation materials, agendas, and talking points.
  • Communication: Act as the main contact for event planning, inquiries, and information dissemination.
  • Technical Management: Set up and manage webinar platforms, ensuring technical smoothness. Host and manage Q&A sessions professionally.
  • Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to promote events via email (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), investor portal (Investor Flow), social media (LinkedIn), and web (Adobe).
  • Follow-Up: Distribute post-event materials, recordings, and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Reporting: Keep records of investor interactions, provide event recordings within 48 hours, and report on event metrics.
  • Hosting: Welcome speakers, facilitate transitions, and engage audiences. Be prepared for early morning and late-night calls to support global audiences.
  • Compliance: Ensure all communications meet regulatory and company standards with necessary reviews.
  • Additional Marketing Support: Assist with digital marketing projects during less busy periods.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum 4 years in virtual event management, with experience in investor relations or marketing preferred.
    • Proficiency with webinar tools, especially Zoom, On24, WebEx, GoToWebinar.
    • Flexibility to support global calls at early mornings or late nights.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce) and CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
    • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
    • Knowledge of investment management and investor relations is a plus.
    • Customer service-oriented with professional communication style.

    • Pay Range: $35.00 - $43.00/hr
    • Workplace: Fully remote
