Role Responsibilities
Identify, schedule, and interview teacher candidates; build networks of external talent.Conduct classroom observations, evaluations, and provide motivating feedback.Manage team to ensure curriculum execution aligned with brand standards.Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop staff.Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan appropriate actions.Build and communicate weekly schedules.Manage daily classroom ratios.Handle new hire paperwork and maintain employee files per licensing regulations.Coordinate center schedules to maintain ratios and manage labor within budget.Customer Focus:Lead tours with prospective families, highlighting curriculum and staff quality.Communicate regularly with families about student progress.Implement parent pleasers and execute Show and Tell activities.Maintain records and files for students and teachers.Ensure the physical environment complies with safety standards and licensing regulations.Manage relationships with licensing authorities and conduct center evaluations.Oversee accident/incident reporting and medication management.Conduct monthly emergency safety drills.Manage new customer administration and compliance documentation.Qualifications
- Minimum one year of center leadership/management experience; two or more years preferred.
- Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of licensing rules and regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
- Must meet specific state guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
