Job Description :

We're looking for a hands-on, programmatic-savvy Ad Ops Specialist to implement, optimize, and troubleshoot high-scale B2B digital campaigns. You'll assist with end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, leveraging DSPs like Beeswax, LiveRamp audience activation, and major programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ad serving platforms, trafficking, campaign setup, and performance monitoring, ensuring ads are delivered seamlessly across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation & Trafficking

  • Set up, launch, and monitor display, video, and programmatic ad campaigns across platforms such as BeesWax, DV360, or similar.
  • Implement ad tags, pixels, and tracking across publisher and client websites.
  • Organize and onboard 1st party data.

Inventory & Impression Management

  • Maximize delivery of client campaigns by ensuring optimal ad placement and impression volume.
  • Monitor ad inventory levels and proactively manage pacing to meet campaign delivery goals.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics including impressions, viewability, and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Troubleshoot under-delivery and resolve ad serving issues swiftly.

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, account management, and creative teams to ensure campaign specifications are met and creative assets are delivered on time.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for campaign execution and ad ops best practices.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct QA on ad creatives and placements to ensure proper functionality and brand safety.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with industry standards, platform policies, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital ad operations or media trafficking.
  • Proficiency with ad servers and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, StackAdapt, BeesWax, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with B2B campaigns is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with programmatic demand side platforms (DSPs).
  • Knowledge of ad verification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify).
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to ad tracking.
