Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Job Summary:

As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead high-impact process improvement initiatives while also playing an active, hands-on role in problem-solving and execution. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, project management, and tactical execution skills to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.

You will be responsible for identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that improve service, cost, and operational agility. You will also support key supply chain systems and applications, and design processes that help the organization achieve its operational and service objectives.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team including CoE Engineer and Master Data Analysts, providing direction, coaching, and oversight as they execute improvements in process design, data integrity, and systems performance.

Responsibilities:

• Employ a business-driven approach that ensures alignment between processes, tools, and people capabilities
• Participate in the definition of the continuous improvement actions along with the global Process Champions
• Responsible for process performance metrics in support of the business KPIs (e.g. plan quality in support of fill rate business metrics)
• Support overall Supply Chain Leadership Team in executing and supporting the supply chain business objectives (e.g., fill rate, inventory days to supply, asset utilization, Go to Market etc.)
• Harmonize processes that reduce complexity and improve control of the supply network
• Employ a business-driven approach that ensures alignment between processes, tools, and people capabilities
• Participate in the definition of the continuous improvement actions along with the global Process
• Own the continuous training process (skill matrix)
• Act as conduit between Supply Chain and IT to deliver alignment between Business needs and Tools, understand user requirements of tools, define functional specifications as needed
• Perform audits on process and operating practices, and develop strategies and tactics to advance process and people capabilities in the supply planning organization
• Own learning programs that support Supply Chain organization maturity or upskilling
• Design and implement concurrent planning and algorithmic planning capabilities in the supply planning organization
• Develop analytics competencies in Center of Excellence organization
• Follow the sustainability process to assess the efficiency of different processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or related job experience
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain processes management
• 3-4 years of experience working in manufacturing environment either working with contract manufacturers or working in a factory in supply planning roles
• 2-4 years of consulting experience implementing best practices (highly preferred)
• System implementation experience such as process expert for supply planning, DRP and Order to Cash
• Supply Planning Process creation and implementation experience
• Experience in center of excellence for supply planning or running supply planning organizations
• Understanding of leading edge and innovative technologies and business practices to support business capability transformation
• Analytical, with a deep understanding of performance metrics; ability to analyze supply chain metrics with business performance
• Process Flow Mapping
• Change Management Skills
• Strong Communication skills and negotiation
• Proactive and pragmatic in addressing business needs and issues
• Able to efficiently and effectively build and handle multiple relationships
