Location: Windom, MN

Pay range: $40.56 – $60.84/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.

Position Overview:

Windom Area Health is seeking a full-time Surgery Manager to provide leadership for our surgery department. This role involves leading clinical, operational, and managerial activities to provide safe and effective patient care. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of OR experience, or a combination of 3 years of surgery experience with 2-3 years in tertiary ICU and/or ER. Leadership experience is preferred. The candidate must be willing to fill in for on-call after hours, holidays, and weekends, responding within the designated time when needed.
