Are you a seasoned accounting leader with a strong background in financial services? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Controller to join our fast-growing, dynamic firm. In this high-impact role, you'll oversee a team of 10, lead financial reporting, and drive process improvements to support our expanding operations.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Close: Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting.
• M&A Integration: Spearhead the accounting side of due diligence and seamless integration of acquired firms.
• Client Billing & Compensation: Manage billing processes for AUM-based fees and advisor variable compensation.
• Payroll & Benefits: Supervise payroll and employee benefits functions across the firm.

What You'll Bring:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• 10+ years of accounting leadership experience, ideally from Big 4 or regional
• Experience with FINRA, wealth/asset management
• Series 27 or 28 is a bonus
