Our team of experts has extensive experience in warehouse management systems (WMOS), and we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team on a contract basis.Job OverviewThe Manhattan WMOS Product Manager will oversee the development and management of our warehouse management system product. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The primary goal is to drive the success of our WMOS product and support clients in improving their warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the WMOS product, its features, and capabilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmapGather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunitiesCreate and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notesWork closely with the development team to define and prioritize product requirementsEnsure timely delivery of product releases and coordinate with cross-functional teamsConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscapeCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and positioningTrain and support internal teams and clients on the use of the Manhattan WMOS productMonitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize features and functionalityManage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to enhance product offeringsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industryStrong understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain processesProven track record of successfully managing and launching productsExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsWillingness to travel as neededContract DetailsContractor position based in Dallas, TX; Memphis, TN;or Phoenix, AZRelocation is permitted at the contractor's own expenseContract duration to be determined based on company needs and candidate availabilityCompensation based on an hourly rateFull-time hours expected
