Who We Are:

POP Therapies, Pursuit of Progress, was founded by 2 BCBAs shaking up the ABA space. We provide high-quality, regularly scheduled supervisory support to help you make a difference in your clients' lives. We value team collaboration, neurodiversity, and open communication.

Compensation:

$20-$26/hour depending on education, experience, and languages spoken.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide ABA therapy to children (18 months to school age) in 1:1 or social skills groups
  • Collect data for all goals each session
  • Write session notes
  • Submit notes, data, and timesheets timely
  • Implement behavior support plans
  • Maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Part-Time (10-28 hours/week)
  • Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license
  • Pass background check and TB test
  • Bachelor's or Master's preferred in related fields
  • Experience with children preferred, but not required
  • Registered Behavior Technician or willing to obtain
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Physical ability to engage in client activities
