We are seeking a People Services Managerto join our dynamic People team. In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence and create scalable processes that enhance efficiency and employee experience. You will oversee the full lifecycle of employee administration, leading tier 2 people service activities, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. You will work closely with department leaders and teammates to ensure effective HR solutions and initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication, operational experience and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships.Key Responsibilities:Drive Operational Excellence: Lead, mentor and manage a team of People Service Specialists to deliver high-quality HR operations services across the Americas region, oversee the day-to-day operations across a multi-tier model. Track and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR services. Translate broader goals and objectives into measurable deliverables and achieve results. Secure high-level of quality and efficient service delivery. Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions. Build capabilities within the team. Ensure the assigned team understands the latest HR policies and processes and its alignment with the organizational strategic direction and has the necessary training to execute them. Managing escalations from customers and stakeholders as required.Ensure Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and ensure in scope HR practices comply with company policies, guidelines, and Standard Operational Procedures.Inspired to Innovate: Lead and support various HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving HR operations and employee experience. Support the optimization of HR technology solutions such as Workday HCM and Workday Help to streamline HR processes. Influence and enhance processes that promote manager and employee self-service, ensuring easy access to HR services and information.Empowered to Lead: Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to effectively address HR needs and challenges and foster an inclusive work environment. Be accountable for employee engagement and customer satisfaction scores with a clear action plan to drive results. Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.Drive Change: Collaborate with leaders to define the need for change and identify the desired outcomes. Develop change management plans including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans. Develop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate the change to all teammates.Influence and Communication: Use strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence decision-making and gain buy-in from stakeholders. Present data, insights, and recommendations to be influential in supporting the rationale behind initiatives. Build commitment with stakeholders to create a shared vision and drive organizational change.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in HR shared services hub environment.5+ years of experience in managerial roleExperience identifying and commitment to driving Key Performance Indicators.Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, processes, and best practices.Experience with large ERP systems/cloud-based HR solutions; Workday is a plus.Global/regional HR project experience.Fluency in English required, Spanish preferred.Key Competencies/Skills RequiredEncourages creative thinking and the development of new ideas.Clearly and effectively conveys information and ideas.Handles uncertain situations and complex problems with ease.Steps up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said.Identifies issues and develops effective solutions.Makes sound decisions based on analysis and judgment.Builds and maintains strong relationships with others.Works well with others to achieve common goals.Takes bold actions and stands up for what is right.Prioritizes the needs and satisfaction of customers.Quickly learn and apply new skills and knowledge.Proficient in technology and able to leverage it effectively.Strives to achieve and exceed goals.Understands and appreciates diverse cultures and global business dynamics.Able to think strategically beyond tactical execution.Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
