Baptist Health is seeking an Inventory Sourcing Lead to join our team in Richmond, KY.

This role manages all aspects of perpetual inventory supply management to ensure accurate stock levels, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal financial management within a healthcare environment. The responsibilities include proactively managing inventory replenishment processes to maintain operational efficiency and financial integrity, while adhering to strict ERP system accuracy standards. The Inventory Sourcing Lead acts as a key liaison between clinical departments and supply chain teams to streamline inventory processes, minimize waste, and maximize cost-effectiveness. The role also involves handling documentation and compliance tasks related to product recalls and ensuring consistent adherence to inventory control procedures. This position requires a detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to effectively oversee inventory operations critical to hospital operations and patient care.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare materials environment (preferred)
• At least 2 years of distribution management experience (required)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
