Responsibilities
- Enjoy creating a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration, drive store growth, increase sales and profitability
- Know how to provide daily leadership and create and sustain a culture of employee engagement
- Partner with your teammates to drive company initiatives
- Care about people and profit
- Support your team and manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction
- Build, coach, train, and engage team members to deliver excellent customer service and business results
- Manage inventory, assets, safety, and store cleanliness
- Implement operational and marketing programs and pursue continuous process improvements
- Develop customer relationships and ensure positive experiences both in-store and over the phone
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses are a plus
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or willingness to learn automotive topics
- Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Preferred: automotive industry background, ASE certifications, NAPA Know How, or related experience
