Role OverviewWe are seeking a diligent, coachable, and motivated individual to support partner acquisition marketing efforts within our channel partnerships division. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working on diverse projects. Responsibilities include supporting top-of-funnel lead generation activities like coordinating events, supporting lead gen efforts through partners, implementing webinars, organizing email campaigns, developing collateral, and maintaining performance reports. This role reports directly to the head of Channel Marketing and is vital to our partner lifecycle team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with lead generation activities including digital marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Maintain and develop marketing and sales resources aligned with channel initiatives and product updates.
  • Coordinate marketing relationships with partners and associations, collaborating with account managers.
  • Manage tradeshow and event calendars, execute logistics for shows, including booth setup, attendee training, shipping, and pre/post marketing activities.
  • Support onsite staffing at tradeshows and events as needed.
  • Own and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for lead generation efforts.
  • Support the channel partner and marketing teams on various projects.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (internships considered)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work hours and travel as required
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, customer service orientation, and team spirit
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Nice to have: Experience with SharePoint, ESPs like ClickDimensions, CRM systems like Dynamics, project management tools like Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Location: Dorado, PR or Lebanon, NH + travelCompensation: Based on experience + bonus + benefits
