Infosys is seeking Senior Pega Consultant.

As a Senior Pega Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, and implement deployment plans. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Location for this position is Charlotte, NC. Relocation and/or travel are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application development in Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x and Pega frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
• Experience in requirement gathering, use case identification, process flows, screen flows, and UI design.
• Experience as a technical business analyst, understanding business requirements and translating them into data mapping specifications.
• Experience conducting walkthroughs for product requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience managing the scope of requirements for Pega applications/platforms.
• Experience translating customer requirements into requirement specifications and use cases.
• Knowledge of Pega Case Management and Pega/Appian BPM processes.
• A holistic view of application functions to manage IT and business effectively.
• BPM Certification is preferred.

Additional Information

The role may involve extensive travel, sitting, and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
