Using AI-generated replicas of customers, our platform delivers real-time qualitative and quantitative research that is distilled into finance-friendly marketing plans in minutes, instead of months.This exciting breakthrough approach enables companies to understand their audiences up to 100x faster and at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.
Synthetic research is especially valuable for B2B marketers, targeting hard-to-reach audiences like CEOs and technology decision makers.Evidenza was founded by big tech veterans Peter Weinberg, Jon Lombardo, and Brian Watroba. Jon and Peter spent over a decade at LinkedIn, where they established the B2B Institute, the leading B2B marketing think tank. Brian spent eight years at Facebook and left to run an engineering team at Stardust.
Evidenza was founded in January 2024 and came out of “stealth mode” in June.
During the first year and a half, growth has been explosive:
● Over 100 clients, including major B2B and B2C brands like EY, ServiceNow, and Mars.
● Millions of dollars in revenue, without raising a cent from investors.
● An eight-figure enterprise pipeline of mostly inbound leads
The Role
We're building out our founding team to grow this category-defining startup into a billion-dollar behemoth. We are looking for a talented Director of New Business to convert our vast pipeline into happy customers and play a critical role in driving revenue growth. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to bring a disruptive new technology to market and help build the next great AI business.
Responsibilities:
● Qualifying leads and conducting initial discovery conversations to assess needs.
● Pitching Evidenza's value proposition and presenting tailored solutions to prospects.
● Managing and optimizing the sales process from prospecting to close.
● Contributing ideas on how to improve our sales, marketing, product, and operations.
● Outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business leads.
● Identifying target prospects, including decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Key Attributes:
● Charisma, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
● Preferably 5–10 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally ad sales or market research
● Previous experience working in sales at a venture-backed startup.
● Familiarity with sales technologies like Sales Navigator, Attio, Clay, Smartlead.ai, Outreach.io.
● Experience building out sales workflows and processes that can scale our revenue engine.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch confidently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by:
● Pipeline management and sales process efficiency.
● Process improvements, including the creation of sales materials.
