Job Title: Accounting Manager (Hybrid) Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting aspects for a fast-growing specialty clients program business. This role covers onboarding new accounts, preparing and analyzing financial results, and leading projects to improve and automate workflows. The Accounting Manager will supervise 2–3 staff accountants and collaborate across the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop staff to meet financial reporting deadlines.
• Oversee general accounting tasks, process documentation, and timely completion of work.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting for specialty program business.
• Manage financial impacts of key business partners by analyzing and explaining key indicators.
• Prepare/review complex reconciliations, financial statements, and ad hoc analyses.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and end-to-end processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CFA, or advanced degree preferred).
• 5–7 years of financial/accounting experience, including GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of ledger transactions, reconciliations, and subledger functions.
• Prior leadership experience managing staff or teams.
